Massage Therapy
Our Massage Therapy helps you better manage chronic pain such as; migraines, sciatica, fibromyalgia, and upper/lower back issues due to repetitive motion, injury, or just everyday stress. Each session is specifically designed to meet your needs and specifications. We offer deep tissue or hot stone massage to target specific areas for recovery or Swedish massage to ensure overall relaxation.

Personal Training and Massage Session Policy
Personal Training sessions are 60 minutes. Individual or duet sessions and their respective packages are non-refundable or transferable and expire six months from the date of purchase. Clients are required to cancel at a minimum of 24 hours in advance of the scheduled session. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of session and responsibility of payment in full. There is a 15-minute grace period for late clients due to traffic or an emergency. After 15 minutes, the client will lose a session. Sessions that begin late will end one hour from original start time.
